Due to anxiety, l had not visited a dentist for a number of years. I found Elena very conscious of this fact. She did not keep me waiting and was non judgmental about the bad state of my teeth, which immediately put me at ease. She explained the treatment l would require clearly.

I have been coming to this dentist practice for years, I am so happy Elena joined when she did 5 years or so ago. A total perfectionist who really cares about her work and her patients. I feel I get the absolute best service. Today I was so nervous because of an extraction but she made me feel so at ease and I am totally grateful. My experience at Purewell Cross Dental practice was excellent today, the dentist was extremely thorough and I came out feeling confident about my teeth. The Dentist Assistant I much preferred today than the one I had last time she came across very caring which made me feel very comfortable in the chair.
